💪 Commitment is a crucial aspect of any healthy relationship. When you commit to someone, you are demonstrating your willingness to work through challenges and difficulties that may arise. It also means that you are choosing to prioritize your relationship and put in the effort to make it successful. 🤝 One of the main benefits of commitment is that it helps to build trust between partners. When you are committed to someone, you show them that you are reliable and that you will be there for them through thick and thin. This can help to create a strong foundation for your relationship and make it more resilient in the face of challenges. ❤️ Another benefit of commitment is that it allows you to fully invest in your relationship and build a deeper connection with your partner. When you are committed to someone, you are able to be vulnerable and open with them, which can lead to a deeper level of intimacy and understanding.

SILENCE is the Fence Around WISDOM. If your FOOT slips, you can Always Regain your Balance But If your TONGUE slips, you can never Return the WORDS….. #Mqquotes

I know I say this a lot, but please listen to your body and what you need. Sometimes a to do list needs to be thrown out of the window, and the overall planning ahead must change a bit. You will be alright. If it is rest you need, then please rest. If it is going outside you need, please go for a walk. If you need company, then see someone, but if you cannot see anyone, call a friend or do a facetime hang (watching a movie like that is actually fun). Ask yourself what you truly need and listen for the answer, and go with the answer that feels right to you. It is hard to listen to ourselves, but I find it is too something that gets easier with practice.
