Under Brezhnev (mostly), many of these interesting bus stops were created around the Soviet Union during the 60s to the late 80s

So I noticed something new Some of the stop signs and no entry signs here say KCMO on them But whats new to me is that now the one way and street signs say the year too Any other major American city do this?
