Data saver in settings: This will allow users to set data saver based on network eg: Only on mobile data, wifi/ always (similarly to how power settings let us have granular preferences) and also fix the quality for both images and videos. Thus on opening images and videos, we'll have a quality info(eg: 144p,240p,480p,720p) And when the user just want to load a specific image to see in better clarity will tap on the quality info and change it into better quality. Advantages: Data traffic is saved for both user and server(based on their server implementation)
