TGInsight provides search, indexing, and discovery tools for publicly accessible Telegram channels and posts. The service is intended for research, monitoring, open-source intelligence, and general content discovery based on public web pages.

The service does not provide access to private chats, invite-only groups, or non-public Telegram content. Availability of any indexed page depends on the source remaining public and accessible.

2. Acceptance and use

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the site.

• Do not use the service to harass, track, or target individuals in a way that is unlawful or abusive.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, extract the entire service in bulk, or disrupt normal site operation.
• Do not present indexed public Telegram content as your own original work if you do not hold the rights to that content.

3. Public content and third-party rights

Telegram post text, media references, channel names, avatars, and related metadata remain the responsibility of their original publishers or rights holders. TGInsight acts as an index and discovery layer for public pages and may display excerpts, metadata, and links back to the original Telegram source.

If you are a rights holder or channel operator and believe a page should be corrected, updated, de-indexed, or removed, you may contact the site operator through the published project contact channel with enough detail to identify the affected page.

4. Accuracy and availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Indexed results may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, duplicated, or unavailable, especially when source pages change, become unavailable, or contain formatting that cannot be fully preserved.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness of coverage, ranking accuracy, or suitability for any specific legal, commercial, compliance, or investigative purpose.

5. External sources

This site links to Telegram and may rely on public Telegram pages as its underlying source. Your use of Telegram-linked content is also subject to Telegram's own terms, policies, and technical availability.

6. Changes to the service

The operator may add, remove, suspend, or change features, indexed content, ranking logic, and retention periods at any time. These terms may also be updated as the service evolves.
