1. What this site does

TGInsight indexes publicly accessible Telegram channel pages and public post pages. The service is designed to help users search and review public content that is already available on the open web.

2. Information we may process about visitors

When you use the site, we may process limited technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the service. This can include request logs, IP-related network metadata, browser and device information, and requested URLs.

Search terms you enter into the site may appear in normal server logs or application logs when those queries are submitted to the service.

• We do not require a user account to browse the site.

3. Local storage and cookies

The site stores a small theme preference value in your browser so it can remember whether you selected light mode or dark mode. This preference is stored locally on your device.

4. Public Telegram data

Indexed channel names, descriptions, post text, media references, hashtags, and related metadata come from public Telegram pages or from derivative processing of those public pages. That content remains subject to the rights and responsibilities of the original publishers and applicable platform rules.

5. How information is used

• To deliver search, filtering, pagination, and similarity features.
• To maintain uptime, debug failures, and prevent abuse of the service.
• To improve crawl quality, indexing accuracy, and content freshness for public pages.

6. Sharing and retention

Visitor-related technical data may be processed by hosting, database, or infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service. The operator does not sell visitor personal data through this site.

Operational logs and indexed records may be retained for debugging, indexing, security review, or service maintenance for as long as reasonably necessary.

7. Corrections, removal requests, and updates
