Mercaux — an in-store B2B SaaS Platform that aims to transform offline retail and help traditional retailers smoothly transition into the digital era. We are looking for: Junior Data Analyst. Responsibilities: — analyze and prepare regular reports on app usage, including the calculation of usage across all clients and modules and the calculation of product metrics such as ATV, UPT, LTV, and conversion rates; — demonstrate effects through conducting regression analysis and statistical tests to showcase the value derived from app usage; — research user behavior by analyzing the starting and ending points of app usage and evaluating conversion at each step; — analyze interactions with clients through online communication and messaging campaigns, calculating open rates, reply rates, and churn rates; — provide insights on usage analytics to the business team and clients. Requirements: — 1 year of experience in analytics; — skills in SQL, including subqueries, joins, aggregate functions, grouping data, and filters; — knowledge in Python for data processing and analysis, particularly with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn; — understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing, checking for significance, p-values, and regression analysis; — fluency in English; — excellent organizational capabilities and time management skills; — flexibility in a busy environment; — accuracy and thoroughness in data preparation and analysis; — ability to break down complex problems and apply logical reasoning; — readiness for teamwork and clear communication with stakeholders; — ownership of tasks and responsibilities, creation of logical, business-critical processes.
