Требуется:
Старший менеджер по маркетинговым коммуникациям (B2B, SMB) / Senior Marketing Communications Manager (B2B, SMB).
Обязанности:
— разработка и реализация стратегии медийного продвижения B2B-продуктов Ozon Банка во всех каналах (digital, influence, SMM, SERM);
— управление внешним медийным привлечением B2B-банка и взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами уровня CEO-1;
— запуск омниканальных рекламных кампаний и анализ их эффективности;
— участие в интеграции и доработке внутренних решений по аналитике медийной рекламы;
— управление всеми активностями в SMM;
— контроль показателей репутации (SERM) и их улучшение по всем продуктам банка;
— лидерство в разработке креативных концепций, спецпроектов и позиционирования B2B-продуктов банка.
Требования:
— опыт работы в маркетинге в банковском или IT-секторе в B2B-направлении от двух лет;
— наличие успешных кейсов по разработке и реализации стратегии маркетинговых коммуникаций, а также опыт работы с различными digital и офлайн-каналами;
— понимание принципов работы систем рекламной аналитики (AdRiver, Weborama) и моделей атрибуции;
— опыт управления командой до двух человек;
— интерес к сфере предпринимательства в России.
