🇦🇪/🇸🇾 After over a year in detention in the UAE, Syrian Army Commander Issam al-Buwaydhani has been released after Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa intervened with an official visit to the UAE, securing his release and bringing him back on the same plane. A while ago, the Syrian President said he would not visit Ghouta and the Damascus countryside unless Issam was with him. Now, he visited the Damascus countryside accompanied by Issam. Issam was responsible for defending the Sunni Ghouta neighborhood in Damascus and the Palestinian Yarmouk refugee camp from Shiite militas and the Assad regime. He was arrested by the UAE after visiting his relatives there following the fall of the Assad regime. He was the former leader of a Syrian faction called Jaysh al-Islam during the Syrian revolution, and after the toppling of the Assad regime, he became a commander in the Syrian army. @Palestine_Updates

❗️🇮🇱❌🇱🇧🇱🇧 Hezbollah released footage of attacks from April 15th 2026, on an IOF "Namer" APC and a gathering of soldiers using an FPV drone and ATGM's. ✍️ A fiber-optic FPV drone carrying a PG-7V(L) HEAT (high explosive anti-tank) warhead targeted an IOF "Namer" APC, smoke was seen rising from the impact and the APC was destroyed.
