📉Facebook losing the battle for Customer Satisfaction Pinterest keeps its top place for another year with 80% customer satisfaction rate in 2019, with no changes from 2018. Snapchat's customer satisfaction rate was measured for the first time (by ASCI) in 2019 at 71%, just below the #SocialMedia average at 72%.
