The news about Telegram warning users (on the iOS app) to downgrade due to high battery usage issues in the latest version is false and is only a warning added by a third-party client. I think it would be ridiculous for any company to tell users to downgrade rather than update the app to fix the problem, especially considering that TestFlight is an app that should be used by developers.
