💬 Telegram Business Chatbots integration Business accounts will be able to add a Telegram bot to process incoming messages. 🤖 Bot API Update: There's a chance Telegram will rollout a Bot API update with a better integration for "Customer Support" bots. hey will act like a "middleman" between customer and a business account. Customer will see they're talking to a real User account. We may see: • Full access to new messages. Business account can setup filters on what chats can be accessed by Chatbot. • Option to automatically reply as bot: chatbots will be able to immediately reply to user (with AI and any automation) • Option to restrict automatic replies: Business accounts will be able to restrict automatic replies and process messages manually or via other system like Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. • Business opening hours: Chatbots can be programmed to reply something like "We're closed today and will be back on Monday. Don't worry, we got your message!" 🤑 Making money: This is an interesting opportunity for Businesses and Telegram Bot developers to make some money.
