➡️An Iraqi reconnaissance convoy dispatched to investigate the incident came under gunfire and was later struck by airstrikes, resulting in the death of one soldier and injuries to two others.
📝It is worth noting that a few months ago near Damascus, Syrian troops discovered surveillance equipment during a patrol. Israeli airstrikes then hit the area, killing several soldiers and preventing access to the site, after which Israeli forces reportedly carried out an airborne raid in the same area.
