The so-called AI agent layer seems ded. Since Phala Network 2.0 launched on Jan 8, not a single day has crossed 50 total ops. Yesterday? Just 1 operation. Phala paid $1.77 on-chain. $1.34 was just overhead. That’s not a network. That’s a gym membership someone forgot to cancel.
