— A wave of negativity has hit St. Petersburg online over allegedly poor New Year preparations… Judging by the footage above, the Northern Capital has been decorated at least quite well. That said, this may be a distorted impression, and we’d welcome local residents among our subscribers to share how things really look on the ground.
