Nightingale: Why is he the undisputed legend of birdsong? Live in a way that will delight people for thousands of years. Create in such a way that professionals compare their work with yours. Inspire, delight, motivate. And then, perhaps, you will approach the level of glory of the nightingale. Even ancient Greek thinkers admired this bird. Roman poets and European writers took up the baton. But the animal was not loved for its appearance. Of the 4 species of nightingales, only the nightingale bluethroat shows off: he put a hipster scarf on his neck and dyed his tail in parrot colors (photo 2-3). Their entire short, no more than 7 years, life is subordinated to creativity. Each nightingale writes his own, unique album! Females make do with a short single, while males can record from 7 to 23 tracks. Writing an album is quite a task. It requires a lively mind, great effort and a powerful source of inspiration. Intelligence is inherited from parents, the source of strength is insects from the lower tier of the forest. Well, nothing inspires more than a get-together of like-minded intellectuals. From early childhood, babies absorb the trills sounding around them, interpret them and give birth to something new. Thanks to this custom, each population creates its own special styles of music. A trained person can easily distinguish local nightingales from visiting wanderers by their voices. Continuity also has a downside. Males raised in captivity have no one to learn from; they are forced to invent everything from scratch, which is why their songs are meager and boring. But with nightingales everything is simple: meager melodies are a sign of a meager mind. No female will be interested in such a male. Composing beautiful songs is only a third of the work. If a gentleman wants to attract the attention of ladies, he must learn to sing well (read loudly) and create an individual concert program. During the performance, the nightingale performs its songs one after another, collecting them in blocks of 5-6 pieces. And singers can operate with these blocks as they please: move them, change the order, or, on the contrary, loop them. Great fans of nightingale singing claim that they can distinguish a specific bird by its unique manner of performance. In addition, the nightingale sings at night, and this is no coincidence: at night the acoustics are cleaner - there is less background noise. Sound travels many times further than during the day. Singing in the dark sets him apart from all his competitors - he literally owns the night air. The nightingale does not simply reproduce a fixed set of sounds - he improvises: he varies the tempo, timbre and structure of phrases. Makes expressive pauses - like a real musician. The song is built on the principle of build-up and climax, which creates a sense of drama. If the concert turns out to be exotic and complex enough, the singer will make dozens of girls fall in love with him! All he has
