昨天听完了篇幅宏大的Diabelli Variations，今天分享一套轻松一点的，但被忽略的作品：贝多芬改编的folksongs～贝多芬改变的folksong有170余首之多，主要是British地区为主（苏格兰，爱尔兰，威尔士，英格兰），这是由于这些folksong的改编是由一位收集苏格兰民歌的苏格兰人George Thomson之托。贝多芬对待这些改编是非常认真的，Thomson曾多次请求把伴奏的部分简单化都被否决，他说：“I am not accustomed to retouching my compositions; I have never done so, certain of the truth that any partial change alters the character of the composition.
