Weekly update Product & Tech + Testnet-only, but eligible for mainnet bug bounty program: HIP-3 deployers can set the margin mode of perps to either noCross or strictIsolated. Both margin modes only allow isolated margin, but strictIsolated also does not allow removing margin from open positions (previously "isolated only" mode). HIP-3 deployers can also set a fee scale, which can be larger or smaller than the default.
