There is a hearing in Tina's case this Thursday, Oct 16 at 2pm at the Federal Courthouse in Denver, courtroom A 402 before Magistrate Judge Scott Varholak. The issue being argued is a Motion to Strike the Venezuela Confidential Witness testimony that Tina submitted to the court. Please come and support Tina's defense.
