Forwarded to me: There is something being leaked and it's being driven by the top tech companies. There is a compliance strategy being lobbied under the rouse of another necessary lockdown. They are entitling it an "Energy Conservation Lockdown". They want to restrict people to their homes allowing them to go outside every other day to work and to shop, etc... This is being rolled out globally. They initial strategy is to use the news to send out to the masses the message that due to all the wars many oil reserves and oil plants have been blown up and there is not enough oil to sustain current energy levels. Then, when people have been softened and excepted this message they want governments to roll out the every other day plan for energy conservation. It has nothing to do with energy conservation. This is specifically about AI tracking. Currently, AI can't track everyone. There are too many people. Because of this it's not able to succinctly track people on a daily basis to get a full weekly baseline of data. There is more. A lot more. It's why I say this would be worth researching and watching. They want to heard the cattle still. They want to track us all into compliance. I don't have any Intel as to whether or not the Trump team knows about this or not but what I will say is this is being kept extremely quiet. Super quiet! Also not sure if this is a deep state initiative, or if it's a separate cabal driven initiative. It's being kept to secretive to link.
