🗓January 29 marks the birthday of Jody David Scheckter (born in 1950 in East London, South Africa) 🇿🇦 Scheckter is a former Formula One driver and businessman who became the 1979 Formula One World Champion with Ferrari 🏆 He remains the only Formula One World Champion born in Africa, and one of South Africa’s most iconic motorsport figures.
