🐘Addo Elephant National Park is home to more than 600 elephants! Located near Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth until 2021) in the southern part of South Africa, the park is one of the country’s 20 national parks. Addo is the third-largest national park in South Africa, after Kruger National Park and Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. What makes the park truly unique is that it is home not only to the famous Big Five—elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo, and leopard—but also to the Big Seven.
