🇿🇦Graaff-Reinet, the oldest town in the Eastern Cape and the fourth oldest in South Africa, is a historic gem in the Karoo, a vast semi-desert region. 🏜️ 🏛️ Founded in 1786 by Governor Cornelius Jacob van de Graaff, the town was named after him and his wife Cornelia Reinet.
