https://www.zdnet.com/article/10-ways-ai-will-do-unprecedented-damage-in-2026-experts-warn/ I think it's really interesting that this news article raises some red flags about AI shit and it's all about it raising a threat to corporations and it's always threats from spooky hacking groups and terrorist nation states and foreign adversaries. Are they really the greatest threats from AI? Is there not a proliferation of awful AI slop code in infrastructure and public services? Is there not a big wealth transfer looming when tasks become automated and the automators have deep pockets? Is AI bullshit not THE biggest threat to sanity and mental health and executive function and sound decision making? Surely AI fucking my life up or fucking up the lives of my friends is a far bigger threat than this article's #1 "AI-enabled malware". Just don't install shit you don't trust! Malware is not a new problem! What are these guys smoking?
