Negativity Bias Human brain is wired to put more importance on negativity when given equal options of negative and positive things. Media companies leverage that by pushing negative stories to the frontpage. But quality of life has been getting better for a better part of the past 2 centuries. Here's proof (no. 23 in the list is about Uzbekistan). Here's more proof. Instead of focusing on negativity, you are way better off focusing on learning and contributing to the progress of human species. @noordievdev
