⚠️ Beware of scam callers impersonating CPF Board If you receive a call claiming to be from the CPF Board saying that your CPF accounts / Singpass will become inaccessible within a specific timeframe, or asking to use your MediSave for a medical bill, do not share any information and hang up immediately. 🚨These calls are not from CPF Board Please make a police report via 1800-255-0000 or www.police.gov.sg/iwitness and inform CPF Board. CPF Board will never: • Call you using automated voice systems • Ask you to transfer money over the phone • Ask you to provide your banking, Singpass, CPF-related credentials as well as OTPs over the phone • Ask you to download 3rd party mobile apps over the phone • Direct/Transfer you to the police over the phone Stay alert and download the ScamShield app for better protection against scams.
