After it was announced that Democrats will appeal the Virginia Supreme Court's ruling throwing out the illegal gerrymandering map that they pushed through to the U.S. Supreme Court, former Virginia AG Ken Cuccinelli CONFIRMS there no chance the ruling gets overturned: "This is the END, folks! You will have the same map in 2026 for the congressional elections that existed in 2024. That is now unchangeable and immutable." "No, they do not. As I mentioned, the Virginia Supreme Court is the final authority on Virginia constitutional questions."
