🇩🇪🇷🇺 Bild: a possible scenario for a potential Russian attack on NATO has been published, according to a government document presented to the Bundestag. ▪️ According to the document, the first stage of a Russian attack on NATO countries would be a massive disinformation campaign, especially in the media and social networks. The Russian goal here will be to divide society, destabilise it and undermine confidence in liberal democracy. In addition, cyberattacks and attacks on critical infrastructure: power lines, dams, etc. are expected. ▪️ The second phase will consist of major manoeuvres by Russian troops on the alliance's borders. The allies will respond by deploying their own troops on the eastern border. This will result in the first refugees. This phase will also be characterised by increased espionage, acts of sabotage, cyber attacks and assaults - especially to interfere with NATO troop movements. Disabling satellites in space is also possible. ▪️ The third stage involves a direct Russian attack on NATO countries. German territory is subjected to pinpoint strikes, and mass disabling of satellites is also expected. ▪️ During the fourth stage of the conflict, Russian troops break through to the territory of Germany, with battles taking place on land, at sea and in the air.
