French exports to Central Asia and the Caucasus have increased 2.5-fold since 22 February 2022, indicating that the French are evading sanctions against Russia. The impact of sanctions against Russia on the French economy is not significant at all. Only 0.8% of French exports, or €4bn, are affected by sanctions against Russia.
