🦍 After much community feedback, the FEG Team has decided to begin trading once the Migration Tool is live (after the audit) & the Airdrop is completed. This will allow all holders to start trading at the same time. -Note: Please follow the progress of the Migration tool audit for time frames for Re-Launch. 🦍We have paused the Migration Tool and Trading due to its surrounding issues. - Note: The FEG received through the Migration tool can NOT be migrated, bought, sold, or transferred to another wallet. 🦍If your FEG tokens are on a CEX, please stay up-to-date with their announcements about re-activating trading, as we are working closely with them throughout this process. 🦍 We are working on Auditing the Migration Tool & distributing FEG tokens via a combination of Migration Tool use & Airdrop. 🦍 The Re-launch of FEGeth & FEGbsc: - We are exploring the option of a liquidity provider from several sources for FEGbsc. - A secondary option is to split the liquidity between the two chains for a short while as we recover the Liquidity by maximizing the LP injection tokenomics (TBD tokenomics structure). 🦍 When will FEG re-launch? - Trading will open for all users simultaneously once the Migration Tool is fully audited & the Airdrop has been distributed, giving all users a TBD fair notice before going live. 🦍Migration Tool Audit: - PeckShield has begun the Migration Tool audit as of Feb. 27th, 2023. 🦍Moving Forward We want to take a moment to acknowledge our shortcomings and express our most profound regret for the recent events that have caused significant harm and loss for our community. The FEG Team has met internally and with top-holding CEX partners and top security experts. We are committed to fixing these errors and doing everything we can to prevent similar incidents by only deploying fully audited contracts. 🦍Strategy - The Re-launch of both FEGeth & FEGbsc: Currently, we are exploring the option of a liquidity provider from several sources for FEGbsc. A secondary option is to split the liquidity between the two chains for a short while as we recover the Liquidity by maximizing the LP injection tokenomics. - We will continue our efforts to recover exploited liquidity funds as the 10% bounty has already been offered on-chain, and a dedicated team continues tracking funds. - Currently, we are working on a joint strategy to safely implement the Migration. A combination of airdrops & use of our Migration tool once fully audited is being discussed (with removing the LP portion, the point of vulnerability). - The fully audited SmartDeFi version of FEG showed the strength of the SD protocol as it was not the point of vulnerability. We understand that this migration has disappointed many, as it did us as well. It took a lot of courage to approach these issues head-on as @FEGBalGu did in his recent message to the community. We have been discussing with PeckShield (who did not have a hand in the migration tool, only the SD code) to help identify the root cause, and they offered their help tomorrow for the next steps. The FEG Team has been working on potential strategies moving forward, researching the wallets involved in the exploit, and offering a 10% bounty & white-hat label for the return of the LP. We will continue to explore options for recovery for the FEGbsc liquidity that are well thought out. The silver lining is that the FEG token contract, launched from the SmartDeFi Deployer, was not the point of exploit, maintaining the integrity of the protocol throughout the launch/migration. This is important for the project's future as FEGeth is tradeable and paused before being impacted as well as bringing SmartDeFi out for public use. ❇️Migration tool issue, explanation, & resolution Two days ago, we removed the reading of SmartSwap balance from the Migration tool as it could have been abused. This change caused an issue with the migration tool that allowed for 10x the token release to be overlooked after extensive testing. We have located the issue within the Migration tool, corrected it, and will be performing the following steps: ✅Pull liquidity on FEGbsc & FEGeth ✅Mint new FEG token ✅Add-Migration tool function to swap the current FEG tokens that were given 10x to give 10x less upon migration for their original balance. ✅We will push the LP injection tax to 4% and reduce the other areas to recover some of this LP sold off. 🚨If you know anyone that sold for more ETH or BNB than they should have with the 10x token received and would like to return that to liquidity rather than be sought after, have them DM @RTRcrypto or transfer the funds to the FEG Deployer no questions asked. ✅Note that if you sold into ETH or BNB only send 90% back as 10% was your appropriate holdings.
