With your HFE letter, discover: ✅ Whether you can buy an HDB flat ✅ What grants you can receive, and the grant amounts ✅ Whether you can take up an HDB housing loan, and the loan amount #ICYMI: To provide a smoother experience for flat applicants, we will be suspending our e-service for application of HFE letter during the upcoming July 2025 sales launch. All new flat buyers should have obtained their HFE letters by the sales launch and will not be affected.

It’s the June holiday travel season, and we all know you can’t board your plane without your boarding pass. The same goes for applying for an HDB flat – you will need your HFE letter! 😉 The HFE letter tells you whether: ✅ you can buy an HDB flat ✅ you can receive grants, and the grant amounts ✅ you can take up an HDB housing loan, and the loan amount So apply early, and be ready with your ‘boarding pass’ when it’s time to buy your home! #ICYMI: To provide a smoother experience for flat applicants, we will be suspending our e-service for application of HFE letter during the July 2025 sales launch. For resale flat buyers with a tight timeline, do apply early for an HFE letter, which is valid for 9 months.
