Day 6 of Habit week✅ Speak positive words from your mouth. Don't joke about ur career ur goals and abt urslef. Ur subconscious mind takes no jokes.Even if you know it just don't spell it out .You energies it more through your words. PS:This is not going to be in a day so keep trying again and again🙏

A very goodmorning people🕊 Day 3 of Habit week✅ Meditate! Just sit for 2 minutes and focus on ur breathe. That's it.Focus on how you are inhaling and exhaling. Do it for a week and see the difference. Beginners:-if it's hard for 2 minutes go for 30 seconds BUT START🙏🫠

Goodmorning people🫠 Day 2 of Habit week✅ Start your day with a stretch. It can be yoga or gym ....I have tried both I personally would prefer yoga. Yoga gives you emotional mental and physical balance. PS: For all the women out there who are on their death bed because of cramps opt for yoga .....in coming days u will be relieved a bit🙏 I will share the link which I follow for yoga ...you can follow that if u are a beginner.🔥 I would love reviews if you start with it🙏

Whatever habits I have inculcated in my life this year that has helped me and are already helping me, I will write one of them everyday straight for a week.
