Day 6 of Habit week✅ Speak positive words from your mouth. Don't joke about ur career ur goals and abt urslef. Ur subconscious mind takes no jokes.Even if you know it just don't spell it out .You energies it more through your words. PS:This is not going to be in a day so keep trying again and again🙏

Goodmorning guys... Late bcz of network issue but Day five of Habit week✅ Start learning a new language. Install the app "DUOLINGO" it hardly takes three minutes for a lesson. I have been learning French and I have known many words by now. Je suis Tanu(I am Tanu).✨🧿 Keep going guys Inculcate a new skill within u🔥

A very goodmorning people🕊 Day 3 of Habit week✅ Meditate! Just sit for 2 minutes and focus on ur breathe. That's it.Focus on how you are inhaling and exhaling. Do it for a week and see the difference. Beginners:-if it's hard for 2 minutes go for 30 seconds BUT START🙏🫠

Goodmorning people🫠 Day 2 of Habit week✅ Start your day with a stretch. It can be yoga or gym ....I have tried both I personally would prefer yoga. Yoga gives you emotional mental and physical balance. PS: For all the women out there who are on their death bed because of cramps opt for yoga .....in coming days u will be relieved a bit🙏 I will share the link which I follow for yoga ...you can follow that if u are a beginner.🔥 I would love reviews if you start with it🙏

Goodmorning people✨ Day 1 of Habit week✅ Drink one glass of water just after u get up. Better digestion More hydration Better metabolism Skin glow If u are trying it for first time u can start with one or two sips BUT start.

Thankyou y'all🙏 It's not even a month and it is 100+🧿 From tomorrow I will be starting HABIT WEEK. Whatever habits I have inculcated in my life this year that has helped me and are already helping me, I will write one of them everyday straight for a week. Y'all can start any one accordingly as per your convenience❤️🙏
