🏆Vote for ACM@NU at the NU Awards 🏆 This year, ACM@NU has been nominated in two categories: ✨Academic Club of the Year - ACM ✨Academic Event of the Year - HackNU/25 Over 2025-2026 academic year, we set record-breaking results and organized 7 major events: 🟡HackNU/25 - 24-hour hackathon, 800+ registered, 5 800 000 KZT prize pool 🟡HackNU/26 - 24-hour hackathon, 1 092 registered, 2 800 000 KZT prize pool 🟡NUOPEN 2025 - ICPC-styled competition, 301 registered, 1 000 000 KZT prize pool 🟡Women’s Hack Day 2025 - 3-round competition in math, ICPC, and product design for girls, 386 registered, 1 275 000 KZT prize pool 🟡Women in STEM Hackathon (WISH) - 24-hour hackathon for girls, 396 registered, 1 200 000 KZT prize pool 🟡Code Girl Summer 2025 - 2-week web development camp for girls + 48-hour hackathon, 196 applicants, 40 selected participants 🟡ACM HUB 2026 - informal experience-sharing meetup, 6 speakers, 50+ participants, outside of NU 💡 In total: thousands of participants, millions in prize pools, and real opportunities - many of our participants received internships after our events. 👀Behind all of this - just students. We find sponsors, build partnerships, and create large-scale events to grow IT in Kazakhstan and support women in tech (ACM SC 💙 & ACM-W SC 🩷).
