However the decision to go to war is one not taken any day. The U.S and Iran could have went 100 more years without fighting each other. The driver for this war was not this rivalry or enemy-status, but Israel. No one denies the might of the U.S military, standing against it was always suicide. However the nature of the U.S is that it's heavy to move to such extents of war. The driver for this move was Israel and the Israeli lobby.
