Cannibalization of INDOPACOM Arsenal, which began a little bit last week, will begin in earnest. It will take years, if ever, to recover. Moscow and Beijing know this. Papperger is talking about air defense munitions specifically, mentioning that his company is receiving orders from the Middle East and the U.S. on top of Europe to produce drone interceptors and interceptors for missiles.
