The Battery Health menu was added in Android 16 Beta 3 for Pixel and shows your phone's remaining battery capacity as a %. It's likely the Pixel 8a is the first phone with hardware support in the battery/charging IC to actually report the state-of-charge to the OS. There are ways to estimate the capacity via software, but they wouldn't be as accurate.
