Hunters around us! Statistically speaking, domestic cats are amongst the world's most successful and efficient hunters. When you compare how often they catch their prey to how often they don't, their hunting success rates can reach as high as 70%, they are so good at hunting they responsible for the extinction of 63 species of animals, which puts them second after humans. Meanwhile, in the video, you can see how much energy they put into their hunt for the amount of energy they get out of it. It's almost effortless for some them. As humans, we are lucky they only weigh 5kg (12lb).
