This guy (Mike) has started learning programing at the age of 92. He is expecting to land a job after learning it for a few months. Cool, but there're two problems. 1. Tech companies don't give an f to older people. 45/50+ means you are almost obsolete according to hiring managers. 2. AI most likely kill most entry level jobs in tech industry within next 5-10 years. But he did one thing right. By sharing his story online he already got some recognition. Some random ass company will surely offer him a job just for the clout. So, sometimes marketing is more powerful than skills/compatibility. DON'T STOP!
