Groundhog day in Helen McEntee's Justice system. The last time we heard of Chinonso Igboanusi (28), of no fixed abode, was in March when he was remanded in custody for the preparation of a psychiatric evaluation after he assaulted a woman from behind in Corbally and was spotted acting erratically with a knife at various locations around Limerick. He was finally arrested at a Lidl in possession of that knife and a ski mask. Well they must have given him the all clear and deemed him fit for release because on Wednesday he was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman from behind on French Church Street in Cork. Eddie Burke, solicitor, said of the accused: “I don’t think he is fit to deal with this. I have concerns about his mental health — serious concerns. This man is not fit to deal with the matter because of his mental state.” Judge Dorgan recommended that he be seen by a prison psychiatrist. 🔗irishexaminer.com 👉🏻join Late Stage Ireland
