What's going on in Longford? I've levelled the audio here. Some presumably Muslim man was flailing around in the middle of the street while screaming various devotional phrases in Islam: "There is no god but Allah. Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. God is the Greatest" At 00:10, he also appears to do an imitation of an assault rifle being fired in the air and starts banging on one of the passing vans at 1:07.
