This was on Thomas St in Dublin earlier today at 4pm. The African man allegedly tried to slice a 16-month-old baby with a sharp broken can after following his mother from her home near John's Lane West in Usher's Quay. The mother says he has evil eyes and kept muttering something about her baby being an old man.
