"The sea border is already the most agreeable of all the possible options, to all parties involved, except hardline Loyalists. This further weakens any argument in favour of co-operating with Loyalists. Hard border proponents have no legs to stand on. The sea border solution manages to address the migration issue better than the hard border, has far fewer drawbacks, and pushes the Nationalist agenda forward rather than backwards.
