Carlow mayor Tom O'Neill (FG) accepting a well-mannered bollocking from Daeln Murphy while receiving a Carlow Says No petition with hundred of signatures objecting to the plantation of Capuchin Friary and St. Brigid's Hospital. Murphy says if elected to Carlow County Council in June, his very first motion will be to cease all co-operation with the Department of Integration on housing migrants, as has been done in Mayo.
