Justice Minister Helen McEntee says here that asylum seekers who mislead authorities with false documents will be subject to the EU pact's Border Procedure "if they come through the border". Her remark suggests there's a category of asylum seeker who will be able to mislead authorities but won't be subject to the Border Procedure if they gain entry to Ireland in a particular manner. 🔗 x.com 👉🏻Join Late Stage Ireland
