The foreigner who was alleged to have grabbed two kids in the Grand Canal Docks area last Thursday was spotted on Henry St today acting abnormally. He's been named as Lazlo Pop (28) from somewhere in Eastern Europe. The name Lazlo is of Hungarian origin. Pop is a Romanian surname. The Examiner reported on Saturday that gardaí believed he had significant mental health issues. He was charged for being verbally abusive and refusing to give gardaí his name, and released on €300 bail.
