Many candidates are seeing posters being ripped down so a cheap alternative is to go small. Above is the front & back of business card that an Irish People party candidate got printed. All he has to do is get that card into as many hands as possible between now and June 7th to maximise his vote. He can hand them to shoppers, pin them to notice boards or post them through letterboxes. The back of the card would also work great as a poster as I'm seeing many candidates abstain from slogans and just use their name. Traditional parties often don't use slogans because the public already know what they're getting but unknown candidates have to give voters a reason to vote for them.
