Ballyogan is putting up a good resistance, managing to prevent four buses of asylum seekers and their belongings entering the grounds of the recycling centre for the last few hours. 300 Ukrainians had been staying at a council owned facility inside the grounds for the last two years but the intention is to now swap them out. This will become a common manoeuvre in the months ahead for other sites presently accommodating Ukrainians.
