Conor McGregor's childhood boxing coach, Phil Sutcliffe, elected in Ballyfermot-Drimnagh without reaching the quota on 1770 votes after the 10th count. Dolores "Dee Wall" Webster did well getting into the 8th Count. The current Lord Mayor of Dublin, Daithí de Róiste (FF), struggled to retain his seat but came in behind Sutcliffe in the end.
