In this article, I have discussed about self Love and some important tips to develop it. * MEANING OF SELF LOVE. * TIPS TO DEVELOP THE SELF LOVE : * STOP THE COMPARISON. * TALK TO YOURSELF. * BE WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE. * MAKE DAILY ROUTINES. MEANING OF SELF LOVE :- In this generation, Self love should be taught. Self love is something so precious. It has the power to make your soul Ambitious, Brave, Calm, Faithful and Delightful. Self love is all about accepting the yourself as you are! and which leads you to mould yourself to get the better version. It is the thing that will never seek someone's attention and gives freedom to your soul to do what you want in your life without worrying what other's speak about you. Love yourself then only you will be loved by others. 'DEMONSTRATE LOVE BY GIVING IT, UNCONDITIONALLY TO YOURSELF'. 'AND AS YOU DO, YOU WILL ATTRACT OTHERS INTO YOUR LIFE WHO WILL LOVE YOU WITHOUT CONDITIONS'. * TIPS TO DEVELOP THE SELF LOVE :- * STOP THE COMPARISON :- The nature of law itself says that, 'There is no comparison between the Sun and the Moon, They shine when its their time' . So stop compare your present situation with someone's present situation because you both have different question paper. 'The more you compare yourself with others, the more you will get low on self esteem' which probably leads to anxiety disorder and depression. Instead of focus on others, you should focus on yourself to be the confederate. When you stopped compare yourself with others, You will begin to grow no matter what! just be chill. you are a one in a kind, you are a unique person forever, you are smart and adorable and you are going to be the irreplaceable forever. "REAL CHANGE WILL COME WHEN YOU FOCUS ON YOURSELF". * TALK TO YOURSELF :- Some psychiatrist says that, talking to ourselves is the best method to boost our self-Esteem or self confidence. Friends! Trust me, It will really work. I always would love to do this method when I'm lacking my confidence. It worked for me so when you are feeling lack of Self confidence or low on Self-Esteem just talk positively to yourself. say like this, I'm a Strong person, I have the potential to achieve whatever I want in my life, I'm the most cutest and smartest one in this world and so on.... The Gentle Reminder is : you should not say anything negatively about yourself because your mind will react to it. Always have positive affirmation in your life then You will reach peak for sure. Be grateful for everything. "HAVE YOU REALIZED THAT MOST OF YOUR UNHAPPINESS IN LIFE IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU ARE LISTENING TO YOURSELF INSTEAD OF TALKING TO YOURSELF". * BE WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE:- Positive people will always encourage and motivate you .They make you to feel very comfortable in every seconds of time. Choose people wisely. Always surround yourself with positive people. Share ideas as much as you can. Discuss alot of things with them. Enjoy every moment in life.
