LIFE In the cold breeze of life Happiness touched me When i was running wild, Not at the top or at the bottom of a lake Or a secrete place But, when i was running wild In the world, I went looking for peace Looking into people’s eyes To calm the storm building inside Thinking Someone might, help me guide through these raging nights Losing myself, as i grow The Price i paid, To show, Whats i can, What i became Acting to people’s expectations Bleeding Little by little In winds over empty skies To Realise peace is in Golden skies, Sun rays passing trough our eyes Breeze with scent of meadows beyond the city of lies Sound of water making its way through top to deepest point I accepted life, as a storm Peace and chaos Moving through sea of people Carrying rainbow and destruction along Waiting for the end, which is far beyond. ~Riju gupta #review #poetry
