🧈🫒Seed (Vegetable) Oils: The Main Reason Americans are Fatter & Sicker than Ever “The Hateful Eight” as they’ve become to be known: Soybean Canola (aka Rapeseed [wtf kind of name is this lol]) Corn Sunflower Safflower Cottonseed Grapeseed Ricebran Why are these fats so bad for us? It has to do with the Polyunsaturated Fat (PUFA) & Omega-6 content. Our bodies don’t know how to process these kinds of fats in large quantities. We haven’t adapted to run on foods created in the last 100 years. Simple. Humans have been eating: Butter / Ghee Tallow / Lard Olive oil Coconut oil And animal & fruit fats in general for hundreds (if not thousands) of generations. You hear stories of people going to Europe, eating whatever they want & drinking like a sailor and somehow LOSE weight.
